Managed IT Services for Lowcountry Businesses
Monitoring, patching, and support for everything you run, so problems get found before they become your morning.
We deploy and support NinjaOne, Microsoft, Sophos
Most small businesses don’t have an IT problem so much as an attention problem. Nobody is watching the network until it stops, nobody is checking that patches actually applied, and nobody notices the backup has been failing for six weeks. The work is not hard. It is just relentless, and it never makes it to the top of anyone's list until something breaks.
What’s included
24/7 monitoring and alerting
Servers, workstations, switches, firewalls, and access points are watched around the clock. When something goes offline we know, and in most cases we are already working on it before you call.
Patching and endpoint protection
Operating systems and third-party software are patched on a schedule, and every endpoint is protected and reported on. Which product depends on what you already pay for: Microsoft Defender for Endpoint where there’s a Microsoft subscription to use, and the Bitdefender engine built into NinjaOne where there’s not. Patching that nobody verifies isn’t patching.
Helpdesk that reaches a person
Support requests come to us by phone, email, or the client portal. You aren’t routed through a tier-one script by somebody reading your history for the first time.
Network evaluation and maintenance
Configuration, firmware, and documentation for the network itself, not just the computers on it. Our founder's 20+ years of ISP and utility network engineering is the part most MSPs at this size can’t match.
We deal with your vendors
ISP outages, line-of-business software support, hardware RMAs. One call to us instead of three calls where each vendor blames the other two.
Reporting you can read
What was patched, what failed, what’s aging out, and what we recommend next: in plain language, not a 40-page export nobody opens.
Who this is for
Businesses with no internal IT, or whose 'IT person' is really the office manager, the owner, or whoever happens to be best with computers. Our clients today run from a handful of people up to around a hundred. Larger is welcome, and if a job is beyond us we’ll say so rather than learn on your money.
We have done this
A dealership that runs its own website
Sangaree Homes has sold manufactured homes in Summerville since 1984. They needed a website that showed what was on the lot today, not what was on it whenever someone last had time to call a web company.
Questions we get
Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, ask and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.
How much does managed IT cost?
It depends on how you buy. Some clients pay a flat monthly fee per site for monitoring and support with no per-user charge at all. Others pay per user per month, which bundles Microsoft or Google licensing with endpoint support. Project and on-site work is $150/hour. Most clients combine two of those. A twenty-minute call is usually enough for a real number.
Do we have to replace our current setup?
Almost never. We start by documenting what you already have and telling you what is fine, what’s aging, and what’s a genuine risk. Replacing working equipment to suit a vendor relationship isn’t a service, it’s a sales tactic.
What happens outside business hours?
Monitoring and alerting run around the clock for managed clients, so in many cases we know about a problem before anyone is in the building. Staffed hours are 08am to 5pm Monday through Friday, with emergency cover for managed clients outside them.
