Camera systems fail quietly. The drive filled up in March, or two cameras dropped off the network after a firmware update, or the footage retention was thirty days when the incident was thirty-five days ago. Nobody finds out until the one morning it matters. A camera system is only as good as the network and storage behind it, which is the part most installers treat as somebody else's problem.

  • Storage and retention that matches your needs

    Retention sized to how long you would realistically need to look back, with monitoring so a full or failing drive is a ticket instead of a discovery.

  • Cabling and mounting

    Runs pulled and terminated properly and every run tested after installation, including work done by a cabling partner on larger jobs. Cameras mounted where they’ll still be aimed correctly in two years.

  • Remote access, done safely

    Viewing from your phone without exposing a recorder directly to the internet, which is how most camera systems end up on a public search index.

  • How much does a business camera system cost?

    Hardware varies with camera count and type, and we quote it per site. The installation work is billed at $150/hour, quoted up front once we’ve seen the site. A small four-camera install is a very different job from a warehouse with a long cable run, so a site visit is worth more than a phone estimate.

  • Can you take over a camera system somebody else installed?

    Usually, yes. We start by checking the things that are most often wrong: whether the cameras are on their own network segment, whether retention matches what you think it is, whether the recorder is exposed to the internet, and whether anything has silently dropped offline.

  • Will the cameras still work if the internet goes down?

    Yes. Recording is local, so an internet outage stops remote viewing and alerts but not the recording itself. That is one reason we care about the on-site network and power as much as the cameras.
