    Managed machines already have our agent installed, so we can connect when you ask us to. Nothing to download and nothing to install mid-problem. If you aren’t on a managed plan, call and we will talk you through it.

None of it is required. Every item you can answer is a round trip we don’t have to make.

    New software, a power cut, a storm, a moved cable, an update last night. Almost every fault follows something.

    A screenshot of the error beats a description of it. Photograph the screen if you can’t copy it.

    And whether it’s constant or comes and goes. Intermittent and constant are different problems with different causes.

If someone contacts you claiming to be us

We will never call out of the blue asking for a password, a one-time code, or remote access you didn’t request. We’ll never email you saying our bank details have changed.
