Jonathan’s own 20+ years started at an Internet Service Provider: install and repair technician, then network specialist, then network engineer working in BGP, OSPF, STP, MPLS/VPLS, IPTV and enterprise Wi-Fi. Since 2018, managing network services for a power utility: corporate internet and intranet, Wi-Fi, the phone system, DNS and DHCP. It’s the reason the network side of what we do goes deeper than most.
