Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Management

Email, files, and identity set up properly, including the security settings a default tenant does not switch on for you.

We deploy and support Microsoft, Google

A Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant that was set up quickly tends to stay that way. Multi-factor authentication was going to be enabled later, sharing is wide open because that was easiest during setup, three people have global admin, and nobody is certain which licenses are being paid for. None of it causes a problem until it causes a very specific one.

What’s included

  • Tenant setup and migration

New tenants configured properly, or existing mail and files migrated across with the cutover planned so nothing goes missing mid-move.

  • Professional email on your own domain

Domain, DNS, and mail records configured correctly: including the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records that decide whether your mail lands in inboxes or spam folders.

  • Identity and MFA

Multi-factor authentication rolled out, admin accounts separated from daily-use accounts, and conditional access where it is warranted.

  • Sharing and file structure

SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams or Google Drive organized so people can find things and outsiders cannot.

  • License review

What you’re paying for against what you’re using. Most tenants we take over are paying for at least one license nobody has signed into for months.

  • Ongoing administration

Joiners, leavers, and the small changes that pile up. Handled as part of the service instead of accumulating until someone has time.

Who this is for

Any business running email and files in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, particularly one that inherited a tenant somebody else configured.

Questions we get

Straight answers. If yours isn’t here, ask and we’ll tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.

  • Should we be on Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?

Either works well; the right answer usually follows what your team already knows and what your line-of-business software expects. If you run Windows machines and Office files all day, Microsoft 365 is the smoother fit. If your team lives in a browser and shares documents constantly, Google Workspace is often simpler. We support both, so the recommendation isn’t steered by what we resell.

  • Our email keeps going to spam. Can you fix it?

Usually yes, and usually quickly. Mail delivery problems are most often missing or incorrect SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. The DNS entries that tell receiving mail servers your messages are from you. It’s a configuration fix rather than a product purchase.

  • Can you move us from an old email system without downtime?

Migrations are planned so mail keeps flowing during the move and the final cutover happens outside working hours. What matters most is the preparation: knowing what has to come across, what can be archived, and what will break when the domain's mail records change.
